change in rules.

from HOCR website
PLEASE NOTE CHANGES FOR 2005:
There is NO PRACTICE Saturday morning due to a full day of racing. Competitors are advised to practice on Friday. Practice time will be available after the last race on Saturday (approx. 4:30pm). No boats may launch after 5:30, and for safety reasons, all boats must be off the water by 6:00pm. Crews violating this rule may be penalized or disqualified.

trying to launch during that one hour window on saturday could be hectic, should we row twice on friday, or just once and call it that...

I wouldn't mind rowing again Saturday evening. If we have a good row Friday, we might not need it. If we don't, I think we should take the opportunity to feel better going into the race.
